Do you do NSFW?
NO. Under no circumstances will I ever do NSFW.
How detailed do I get to be with what I want?
As detailed as you want! the more details you give me, the better I'll be able to match my art to what you have in mind, so go ham! If you already have a reference sheet, I will largely be going off of that unless you tell me specific changes you want done to their design.
Do I need a reference sheet already made to commission you?
If you order a headshot, bust, or either full body piece, then yes, I will need a reference sheet already made (artist of the sheet doesn't matter) so that I can complete your piece. If you would like any of these but don't have a reference sheet, then I would recommend trying to secure a bundle slot, where I will make a reference sheet for your character in addition to these.
Do you offer prints of finished pieces?
Not at this time, though I may in the future. Currently, I don't have a good printer with which to make prints and I don't feel confident in my ability to actually send out prints at this time.
Do you offer physical character badges?
Not at this time for the same reasons listed for not doing prints. However, feel free to print out the final file yourself! If you want a badge, simply fill out the form for a character headshot, and let me know that you would like it in badge format. I will send you both the png. file and the badge oriented ready for print in a google doc.
Can I pay in exposure?
No. As this is a business, it wouldn't be wise for me to offer free art to someone with no guarantee of a positive turnaround.
At what point do I pay you?
I will expect payment before working on your piece. If I get to your que slot and you haven't payed yet, I will let you know. If I do not get a response from you within two days, I will not be able to hold the slot open for you and will have to cancel your order.
How many commission slots will be open at a time?
5 normal slots will be open at a time, as well as one bundle slot.
How will I get in contact with you?
I will be able to contact you about your commission through the email you leave in your commission request form. This is also how I will let you know about whether or not your commission got accepted (I will give a reason if not. If it's because of lack of slot space, please feel free to try again when my commissions next open!). This is also how I will tell you when I have started on your commission, provide updates, ask you for a character reference sheet (if you have one), and clarify any details about your piece with you. With this in mind, please use an email you have access to and check your email often.
How long should it take to get the finished product?
You should only have at most a week and a half turn around (for NON-BUNDLE slots). As bundles are much larger than single orders, you may have up to a 4 week turnaround from the time I start your commission depending on the size of the bundle ordered. If circumstances prevent me from being able to complete the pieces in these time frames, I will be sure to inform you of the delay. If for whatever reason I am unable to complete your piece, I will offer a full refund.
How and when would I get a refund?
If circumstances change and you wish to cancel your piece, you can do so before I start the piece or in the sketch phase, and a refund will be issued. Also, I will offer a full refund if, for whatever reason, I am unable to complete your piece.
